I think that I jumped the gun with writing my last blog and pledging that I could reach my goal in the nest 15 weeks! ha! Well, not the way I've been going this last while! Eat, eat, eat! It's like I want to eat everything in sight and everything tastes so good. I don't know if it's the change of seasons or being in the middle of Menopause?! I do know that I won't give up and that I'll keep exercising and will try harder every day to choose the more healthy choices. I've been drinking my water, have been eating my freggies. It's the main meals that get me off track. Pizza, muffins, banana bread, sweet rolls, chips, are all comfort foods to me and they taste so good in the Fall. I need to change my tune and zero in on comfort foods that have been modified into more healthy dishes. I have so many good SP friends that do so good every day it seems and they're such motivators for me, I have no excuse!! Thanks everybody for listening to my latest woes! I will get there! I know I will!
