Yup. So, I'm still sick. I thought about going to the gym yesterday, but then I sneezed and my head started spinning and my ears were ringing, so I went home from work and sat on my couch until the urge to go to the gym passed.
Really. It's like I WANT to go to the gym, but I feel so yucky that I think it would actually make me feel worse.
So, I'm taking today off as well. We'll see how I feel by the time Zumba rolls around tomorrow.
The good thing about being sick is that I am craving yummy, homemade, good foods. The bad thing is that I don't feel like making them. I even went to my parent's house yesterday in hopes of a good meal, but mom hasn't been feeling well either and they were talking about frozen pizzas so I came home.
In other news, the weather is changing. This does not make me a happy gal. Have I mentioned that I do NOT like snow? I can feel the snow coming in the air. Soon it will appear in the mountains, and then in the valley, and then I'll have to wear boots and coats and sweaters and scarves and blankets and hats and anything else I can find. Underneath it all I'll probably still be cold.
People tell me I should move somewhere warm. This is true. Unfortunately, I want to be near my family - especially while I'm single. Otherwise my dad will worry and I'll be lonely. Also, moving is expensive. Plus, I like my job.
See? My excuses are certainly not limited to workout and diet!
