In a few weeks Jules (TRUHART) and I will be hosting a private team and chat of this book: 100 Days of Weight Loss: The Secret of Being Successful on Any Diet Plan: a Daily Monitor, by Linda Spangle. You and your friends are invited. If you are interested, order the book and SparkMail me. I'll send an invitation to the team. We'll read the book 5 days per week, Monday through Friday, with weekends off. It works out to 20 weeks and a break over the holidays.
