"Is there any form of fitness/exercise that you tried and gave up? Is there any form of fitness/exercise that you would like to try?"

I tried yoga and Tai Chi and gave up because while the person leading the classes billed it as beginners, while in actuality it had other teachers and very advanced students in the class and the leader was “trying” to accommodate all levels and in my case, not succeeding.

Otherwise, I have the opportunity to do or try most other things as long as I take into account physical limitations. There is no sense in my doing something that will further strain my back just because it might be fun to do. I have to live with some limitations.

    I like the resistance band videos and I use to do a stairstepper video that was really good. I never got into aerobics emoticon too much because all those moves just didn't feel natural. I hope you find something you love and start enjoying whatever it is!

    I like the yoga DVDs for beginners I can do in my own home. I skip the parts that would kill me. LOL.
