yesterday. It's a one day at a time thing right now. Trying to find something to look forward to so that I don't dwell.

I'm sticking to my plan even though I didn't lose any weight last week. I'm not suprised I didn't. There was a lot of stress and I didn't really eat much or sleep much. But I'm getting back into the swing of things.
