I slacked off on my "lifestyle change" in about June. I just started back a few weeks ago, and as always,it was easy. Now that it's been a few weeks, my motivation is starting to drop. I don't know what it is about me that makes me want to give up so easily. We ate out at a pizza/fried chicken buffet last Friday.Then we went to a Germanfest on Saturday and had fried cheese curds, french fries, and funnel cake. Yea...I know...MISTAKE. But it just smelled so yummy! And it was heaven in my mouth! But later...even my teenage daughter said it was too much. Too much grease, too much "fullness" in our bellies. It got me back on track. It reminded me how much better I feel when I know I'm treating my body right.

    I did the same thing eailer this month but back on track now. Just remember how much better you feel when you are watching everything. You can do it!

  You will get to a point where a small bite or 2 of some of the tempting foods you like will be enough, but it will take time! emoticon
