Adjusting to a new routine. 
Making all new friends. 
Going for beer & wings after work. 
Lunch out. 
Dinner out. 
Haagen-Dazs. 
Lack of sleep. 
Using sugary treats for energy. 
Days getting shorter, draining the motivation to run before work. 

Enough already. 

Track. 
Stick within the limit. 
Run. 
Skate. 
Walk. 
Sleep well. 
Buy groceries. 
Make lunch. 
Make dinner. 
Melt away. 

Simple, right?

    Your plan looks simple, which is what you need to get back on track and get back to your goal weight. I think it happens to a lot of people. That is why the statistics are so low. You can do it, just stick to your plan!

Easy? Not so much (at least for me!)

I find getting back on track sometimes takes me baby steps and streaks. However you do it, we're here rootin' for ya!
