So two weeks ago I said I was back, then I left again. Trying to find my groove and routine has been hard. I got a membership to the local YMCA and I went today. I'm going to walk to and from school tomorrow. It's 5k there and back, but I might still go to the gym for a sweatier workout.
This is also the last time I'm going to reset my goals and trackers. Once I get back in the school groove and schedule my entire days and not just my classes, then I'll be better.
On a side note, my mom has been doing really well with her weight loss progress. I'm kind of resenting it, but I pretty positive it's just misplaced emotion, stemming from the 'rents' separation. I feel like "Really, you're leaving my dad AND you're getting skinny? Nope, not allowed!" I know that's irrational but that's how I feel.
