List YOUR reasons/excuses on why YOUR diets and exercise plans have not been well executed in the past. OK that might be too long a list, so give 3 or 4 reasons and for each write a strategy that will keep you on track for 8 weeks. Let's learn from our past behaviors and make this our best Challenge ever!
1. lack of planning. Hectic life style. too much time on SP. Too many emails to respond to.
~~~~ I have weaned my friends list, and my teams that I am a part of.
~~~~ I will have basic food available to eat
~~~~ I will make exercise a priority first thing in the morning.
~~~~ I am not good at making menus, but I will work on that.
~~~~ Since the last challenge I have created a grocery list, that I can just fill out before I go, and can easily figure out what to buy.
~~~~ Limit time on SP daily, and actually do the stuff that will better my health, than to just sit and type. It is okay NOT to respond to emails.
