I lost another pound last week!
I pulled my bike out of storage and Dutch installed the baby seat, so now I can bring a kid along. My bike's shifter still needs some minor adjustment that I hope I can just do at home. I have been on two bike rides so far. My knees are a bit sore, but if I take it easy, I am sure my body will adjust. I had forgotten how much I love to bike. I was disappointed to see how few calories biking burns, even biking in a hilly Cat 5 town like mine!
