I was so close, but Mr. Stubborn decided he just couldn't be bothered.
My goal was to lose 5 lbs a week, ambitious I know. But I did lose 4 lbs this last week. Thatís after my amazing 11 lbs the week before.
But Iím not letting it get me down. So far Iíve lost 15 lbs in two weeks and thatís not at all bad. My goal is still to lose 5 lbs a week. I think thereís a couple of exercises I can work in that can make Mr. Stubborn take a hike with four more of his friends.
Plus at 195 lbs this week, it makes the math easier ;) Iím hoping for 190 lbs this weekend!
