Making a healthy change one day at a time...

My friend asked me to write a quick article on eating healthy. Now mind you I am not a dietician nor a nutritionist. I am self learned and take everything with a grain of salt. (I do have a minor in nutrition, but that was 20 years ago!) SO I wrote a quick blurb on making a change in the bread that people eat. I just wrote about how making that one change will be better for your family in the long run. I suggested that people switch over to Ezekiel bread that is made with all whole grains that are not processed. I also reminded people to read the labels to see what the bread they ate was made of. Making a change one week at a time or one month at a time is like jumping off the diving board for the first time for some. Taking on the task to change your life for the better by being apart of any community wether it be WW, MyFitnessPal, or SPARKPEOPLE is a step in the healthy direction.
