Goal weight: 145, I know that this is a good weight for me. I have weighed more and I have weighed less, but I think that is a realistic number for me. I don't think that the scale is all that important to me. I have discovered that what the scale says doesn't determine my state of health. I have gained a lot of muscle and weighed more, but looked thinner than at a lower weight when I was more out of shape. I was once put on a drastic diet by a running coach and I lost inches like crazy but I stayed the same weight!
Measurements: They are not so good right now. I know I can do better than this. I would like my waist to be 30 inches, eventually. I need to stick with the program and really, really try to get more sleep in order to reach this goal. I know I can do it by March.
Favorite NSV's: My most recent NSV's that I am proud of is that I completed the hundred pushups program and 200 crunches. Also, I am so happy that I am able to run without too much pain (I had knee surgery in October of last year). I have also mostly cut dairy from my diet. I did it to help my stop the cycle of chronic sinus infections. This is a big deal because I LOVE CHEESE!
