talking about counting calories and how you can avoid over eating.

    Good Job on the weight loss! About the eating though... even though you stay in your calories, not a good idea to eat whatever you want??? fat, carbs, sugars, sodium are bad culprets when over done.... UGH!! Another trick.... don't go out to eat, cook healthy....cook cook cook!!! Spark emoticon
