I love that my favorite weekend activity of riden horse with my family burns some calories. I am still haven alot of trouble stay'n in my calorie goal for the day.. I also need to try and find the time and energy to get more activity in at night to help burn even more calories.
I need some suggestions. I have three kids at home ages 8-3 and I need to get more calories burned after I get home from work...
I need some fast snack ideas too that are going to aid in my goals as well. I want so bad to get this weight lost for my daughters 9th bday in May!!!!
