I tend to do better on weekends than week days because I have to remember what day it is and where I have to be... I have tons of appointment. I have Monday morning empty but I do something at 8 am every other day of the week. So I drink coffee so I will stay up then I cannot sleep...
So I have been cutting myself off from coffee after 11 am, made my bedroom extra dark.
Trouble is I wake up at 6 when the people next door start warming up their cars... Why do people still warm up there cars. It isn't necessary or economical "now-a-days". And their cars are just outside my window... So the next expense will be a noise diminishing window treatment.
I need my regular sleep. So time to do something about the window in the master bedroom.
I wonder what I could get at Ikea that would work or if I should just invest in shutters?
Need to diminish the noise and I have a 110 inch across window! And I cannot get to it because the bed is right in front of it. I know bad fung shui but who wants a diagonal bed?
It wouldn't fit in my room any other way...

Did you know that praying mantis and robber flies can prey and eat humming birds?
I have a mantis who has been hanging around my feeder who I moved to the front yard. He ( or she) may eat ants and aphids but keep away from my humming birds!
I found a picture but absolutely will not put it here... too gruesome.
Well i better go spin the spark wheel and put in my food... My exercise will be my 30 minute mile.
