So, I pretty much ate as planned all weekend, with the noteable exception of the white chocolate pretzels we bought from my son as part of his Boy Scout popcorn sale. They are SO dang good, but I did share better than in the past and tried to make sure my activity level warranted additional calories.
DH and I golfed yesterday for 4 hours, so we used the pretzels as a snack as we played (not the whole bag or anything, but more the recommended serving). We also ate a reasonable supper out, sharing an order of Moo Goo Gai Pan with steamed rice at the Chinese place. I was happy to see when I tracked the golf, that I burned lots of cals on the links. If the tracker knew how bad I am at golf, it might have given me additional burned calories for all the wandering I do each hole. ;)
Anyway, here's to a successful week of food and exercise that gets me closer to a healthy weight and activity level!
