Please know that you are not alone. Sometimes family and freinds seem to sabotage but they do it unintentionally - at least some of the time. I found my hubby used to sabotage because he really didn't understand if I was serious or not. Now that I have joned sparkcoach and he sees that I am making an effort he is now beside me trying to help.

And you know you have all of us here at sparks to cheer you on - you can do it

Keep blogging, keep looking forward and you will get to where you want to be
