7. How do you measure progress towards or maintenance? Scale weight? Body fat percentage? How your clothes fit? Other?
I have a couple of methods I guess since I have several goals related to health and fitness. The scale is so fickle up down up down up down. I use it as a guide but not my end all. Of course if my clothes aren't fitting that's a sign as well too loose = good, too tight = bad. I measure my BF% via home methods and every so often when I want to make sure I'm not going too far I have it professionally done at the sports rehab.
