So I've been lazy
I've been tired
I've had my face so full of snot I could not breathe.

Even so I had to work so I led my tours and hiked my miles. I went for a bike ride because of a dare and it was fun.

BUT I have been non-stop eating, I just can't stop. My goal this week is to get that back in check.

    I have days like that too. I do much better when I stay busy and am not sitting around the house. I know how you feel. Glad the ice cream is out of the house now! :)

also on a side note, LOVED the idea you had for the paper pinned up around the wall representing your inches. I might have to do something similar! :)

    I think I've got it back in check, I've put up a white board with my meal plans and the calories per meal. I've also left a little space for snacks. The ice cream is out of the house, because I ate it. I'm too broke to get more so there's that. yay! Anywho things will pick up, I can't wait until I can shake this cold. Thanks for the positive encouragement, I appreciate it!

    Are you logging your food? That sometimes helps me get myself into check...yes, I screw up too!! LOL

    If you are on non-stop eating. Force yourself to only eat calorie-sparce foods. Lettuce, cucumber, celery, etc. Hide like hell from the calorie dense-fat laden crap like ice cream & french fries. Good Luck!!
