90 Day Fall into Fitness Challenge

It is so disheartening to have so much hope, *try* and then end up back in frustration, despair yearning for a perfect day one! To change my life.
To be free from all the crap.

I was at a class this weekend and he talked about balance and that you can't live in the future and you can't live in the present. You need to be in the moment but you need to recognize there is a tomorrow and to bring balance into your life.

Now, that the astrological time is in Libra, the time of balance, bringing things back to balance, where things go from physical to emotional, light to dark.

I again am starting at Day one of a 90 day challenge.

This time -- I am going to constantly reaffirm my future while at the same time realizing only this moment counts. Why am I doing what I am doing?

I will remember tomorrow doesn't count. 5 mins from now doesn't count. It is where my head is at and what I am doing now.... and why....

Challenge GW: 179 lbs, BMI 33.8*** My Fall into Fitness 2012: 90-Day Challenge goals are as follows:

1. To lose 30 lbs during the 13 weeks.
Mini Goals: 1-2 lbs. a week
Track everyday! Stay aware. Don’t go to sleep. Stay connected, reaffirm, LIVE! BE!

2. To reduce my BMI from 39.5 to 33.8

3. To reestablish a working out as an important daily ritual
Mini Goals: Focus on awareness and adding exercise, stretching in any free moment anywhere

4. To finish do 2 full yoga routines every day (increased flexibility)
Mini Goals:
Week of 9/24 – do small yoga asanas throughout the day, morning, evening
Week of 10/1 – yoga every morning and night – nothing big or structured just do it
Week of 10/8 – structured yoga one time a day, still doing something morning or evening
Week of 10/15 – reassess….

5. To be able to run 30 mins at a time
Mini Goals:
Week of 9/24 – run for 5 mins each day 1 x a day
Week of 10/1 – run for 5 mins each day 2x a day
Week of 10/8 – run for 10 mins each day 1x a day
Week of 10/15 – run for 10 mins each day 2x a day
Week of 10/22 – run for 15 mins each day 1x a day
Week of 10/29 – run for 15 mins each day 2x a day

6. To be able to spin for 30 mins at a time
Mini Goals:
Week of 9/24 – spin for 5 mins each day 1 x a day
Week of 10/1 – spin for 5 mins each day 2x a day
Week of 10/8 – spin for 10 mins each day 1x a day
Week of 10/15 – spin for 10 mins each day 2x a day
Week of 10/22 – spin for 15 mins each day 1x a day
Week of 10/29 – spin for 15 mins each day 2x a day

7. To reconnect with Breath, breathing (better endurance)
Mini Goals:
Week of 9/24 – 3 breathing meditations a day
Increase as go along

8. Almost complete QiGong - 100 day Plan
Follow Plan in book – blog journey.

9. To be drinking about 64 fluid oz of water each day
Week of 9/24 – 1 bottle a day
Week of 10/1 – 1 bottle a day
Week of 10/8 – 2 bottles a day
Week of 10/15 – 2 bottles a day
Week of 10/22 – 3 bottles a day
Week of 10/29 – 3 bottles a day

10. To reconnect / connect with Spirit, feel free, purge and heal the past and after 90 days reassess where my life is going. – RETURN TO BALANCE
Mini Goals:
- Sit and release past
- confess
- Forgive the past
- Heal the past with meditation and reiki
