How did that happen??

Don't get me wrong, I'm glad it did! I just don't know how. What am I talking about, you ask? Well I will tell you. I lost another pound last week. As I said, it's great that it happened. But I did't do anything. Literally. I was sedentary for about 70% of the week. There were a few days in there that I didn't even make it to 3000 steps! And my diet wasn't as good as other weeks. I ate Burger King, Krystal's, AND KFC all in one week! And still lost a pound! I fully expected to see an extra pound or two when I weighed this morning, but I didn't!

This usually happens for me. And this is where I usually totally screw up. See, at this very moment . I have 2 arguments going on in my head. The first one is: imagine what I would have lost if I had actually tried! I mean, it could have been 2 or 3 pounds! Then argument #2 comes up and says: But you lost a pound and didn't have to do any extra work! So why bother with trying extra hard when you're seeing results by not doing anything?

Usually, in the past, I have always listened to the latter argument. But that doesn't last long and before I know it I've gained another 10 pounds. So this time, I'm gonna follow the first one and see what happens. I'll just consider it a fluke, but a very good one! I'm not going to stop working hard, who knows, maybe next week it will be a 2 pound loss!

    The body knows you have been good in the past several weeks and finally gave up the pound! You can do this. Don't listent to #2!
