Wow I can't believe next month is Halloween. Time goes so quickly.
So I rejoined SP and so far I've been pretty consistent. I could do better in the nutrition department though. Will be needing to shop for fruit since I ate the only apple in the house yesterday. But yesterday morning was the first time I've gone for a walk in months. It was a good 20 minutes before my calves started stiffing up but it was nice. I've also been following some of Coach Nicole's fitness video, my favourite so far is the kick boxing ones.
I think what I'm excited for most is the kettlebell challenge. I did my first 4 sets of 25 reps on my 20lb kettlebell last night. I can definitely feel it working too! Will be trying to do a few sets before I head off for work this morning.
Will be wearing my Pokewalker today to see how many steps I manage to take at work. Will also be doing some of the ab workout while I'm at my computer desk.
Here's to working towards 50 lbs lighter! Huzzah!
