emoticon PUSH THAT TUSH -- Time to Get Serious

TO MYSELF...I keep trying to reinforce the concept that
while calories play a HUGE role in the BATTLE OF THE BULGE...
ACTIVITY is the magic that gets things MOVING

{... okay...so you know the pun was on purpose...}

But it's true ...nonetheless

So once again I took a look at my info and my activity level
to see what affect it has...

I've done this before, but my INNER CHILD keeps erasing it from my memory because SHE doesn't like exercise.
And for me (a big and tall gal)
if I want to stay where I am {...forgedaboutit...}
my basic daily calories are around 2000.
I eat between 1200-1400 calories a day...and stay stable.
Eat more and I gain.....Eat less and I stay the same.
Eat anything with STARCH OR SUGAR and I gain.
{...as Dr Phil would put it..."How's that working for you?"...}
Each additional level of activity affords me an extra 230 calories.

So the answer for ME is staying away from 'sugar',
cutting way back on starches,
and {...ta da...} EXERCISING ...So that I can reach my goals.
I know ... BIG SURPRISE...but it is true.
Besides the fact that EXERCISE is the MAGIC to
looking Younger { I'll go for that},
feeling, and living BETTER.
