Last Week of September - Make it count!

Last week was OK. Had a bad munchy attack on Friday, and stopped trying to even track it! Came back stong on Saturday and Sunday, high on fat, low on calories. This week I'm working on new section of Tai Chi drill and just maintaining my routine. In fact, I think that's going to be my goal for October as well, just maintaining the progress I've already made rather than adding something new. I really need to get back to dropping pounds as opposed to just building muscle, so the protein/fat adjustment should help.

So, here's to the end of the beautiful month of September!
