New to Spark

I am really struggling to get going. The hardest part is getting the energy to exercise. Breathing is such an issue. I am not really good at being social on here, overwhelmed by all the places to post and answer etc. Would love some support! All of the stories are so inspiring! Keri

    Hello Keri! I felt the same way when I first started sparking. It takes a while to get used to all the different aspects but you will be a pro in no time!

    When it comes to exercise, my motto is do what you think is your limit and then push yourself a little harder. I also struggled with breathing when I first started, and the sweat just poured off me, but with time it will become easier!

    Don't give up. Sparkpeople has changed my life and I have only been serious about it since January of this year. I have lost a total of 45 pounds, but have gained some of that back due to a medical condition that set me back. but, the good news is that I keep coming back and utilizing all the wonderful tools that SP offers! Let me know if I can help you in any way....
