Well, I finally did it. I measured my various body parts, arm, thigh, waist and hips. I did not want to do that. There are several reasons why. Frankly, the numbers themselves are just frightening and I would prefer not to know how bad they really are. Besides that, I have a pretty big fear of failure, not just for this but in everything. So measuring myself now and then again in a month, might only prove that I have accomplished nothing.
BUT! since I have been consistent for some weeks now, AND since I have made changes in my diet to reduce my calories, AND ALSO that I have already lost some weight, I finally got the courage to go ahead and do it.
I am hopeful that because of all these things, I also will find success in reducing my stats, so here goes . . .
