September Smoothie & Shape Up Challenge...3 Weeks DONE!

September Smoothie & Shape Up Challenge...3 Weeks are done!!!

I think I've done about 2 veggie smoothies each week. I even had a REALLY good one from Lazy Arces...16oz. for about 5 bucks which is a lil like the prices of fruit smoothies from other places. It was REALLY good! So the price was okay.

I had a bad fall after I blacked out last Saturday morning... so I wasn't able to do a blog to review my 2nd week.
I'm still having headaches and am a bit sore so I also did NO workouts this last week.

But I think I'm going to try walking around the grass area of my home and I might try walking in the shallow end of our pool (so that I can get some exercise in).

Well, I didn't want to leave those cheering me on out of the loop for another week. I did slack on my smoothies on some days, but I did 1-2 on most days.

Well, my wonderful SparkFriends, whatever your goals are for the week ahead, I hope that they are met with a surprising overflow! :o)

Til next week!

THANK YOU ALL!!!! Your concerns, prayers, lighthearted threats of coming to make sure I'm okay, ALL mean SO MUCH to me!

I have an appointment with my Cardiologist's PA, Wednesday morning. So we will see. By phone I was told by his nurse, that with what I told her about the event, it might be a Vagal we'll see if that's the case or something else. Oh, and I had to ask and then look up Vagal! lol Because I've never blacked out like that before.

Yes, I did hurt myself, bruised my forehead on the right side, as I hit from my forehead-eye-cheekbone, when I fell. And my neck and shoulders are still a bit sore and stiff.

I think you're tight, I will wait to exercise because I don't want to trigger anything else. Again, thanks for all are the best sparkfriends ever!

Thinking of you! You're doing a fine job with the Challenge... you continue to keep me in line. I will try to do better this week. Seems like I got a little lost last week, since I enjoyed things like a great steak, and all!

I hope you are working with your doctor to figure out what is going on. Your health is ultra important!!! Take the best care of yourself, possible.
