I had Blabbed on my status that I'd commit to 350 fitness minutes this week.
Well, it's Monday and I'm sitting here listening to these voices in my head arguing together over which excuse is best to use to get out of this one!
I'l just let them argue away while I write down exactly what I am going to do this week, to reach my goal. Then I've commited and I expect my Sparkfriends to be my cheersquad - those voices sure aren't going to be a help, and I can't do this ALONE.
Monday: 30 min Ct10k (cardio), 10 mins brisk walk, 20 mins strength workout DVD *60 mins
Tuesday: 40 mins swim, 10 mins brisk walk, *55 mins
Wednesday: 30 min Ct10k, 1 hour walk/hike/picnic with kids on Diamond Creek Bike Track (weather permitting) *90 mins
Thursday: 40 mins swim, 20 mins strength workout *60mins
Friday: 30 mins Ct10k *30 mins
Saturday: 40 mins swim, 20 mins strength workout dvd * 60 mins
That's 350 mins.
Okay... heading out to put my runners on (which come off once I get to the park - no pain for me when running barefoot!)
