HOW I AM GOING TO DO THIS
Work out at Curves 3 X per week (90 mins exercise)
Zumba 1 X per week (30 mins of dance)
Ride my recumbent bike at home 10 mins a day 6 days a week (60 mins)
after 3 weeks walk 2-3 X week outside 30 mins
