This is a 3 minute video of the walk I did on last Friday (9/21). It was about 4.6 miles roundtrip. Hot, but worth it!
The sweet update is that I lost 3.4 lbs.
My ticker is not current and I weigh more now than is shown on my ticker.
I'm not worried, I've surrendered my appetite to God and this week is evidence that it's working.
So the plan for this week is to get in 4 days of exercise (only got 3 in last week, wasn't really feeling the best), drink my water, and get some sleep.
Don't know what the scale will say next WI, but I'm just happy to be blessed with self-control.
