Goals for week of Sept 23rd

Well I've gone & done it now. I'm way outside of my "complacent" zone & it's a good thing. Please understand that I am speaking those things as if they already are... emoticon It's the first day of the BLC Committed:3-6-5. As the name clearly states: it's commitment time!

Let's start with a little "revelation"...

In an effort to establish this connection here are my goals:

7 fruit/veggies each day
1 hour of exercise each day (in spurts totaling 60 min)
128 oz of water (medical reasons)

In line with the challenge: I will post a picture soon (just haven't done it). I saw this cartoon and I had to laugh as I am prayerfully trying to post my "numbers".

Yep you guessed it... IT'S MINE! emoticon
