Time to get back on track

My Spark Break lasted a wee bit longer than I anticipated, but the time away has shown me how much I need the accountability. I'm back and I've set two goals for the next couple of weeks, just to start me off on the right foot.
1. 30 min. exercise 5 days a week. I've been really sporadic about my workouts lately and it's showing on the scale and in the way I feel.
2. 8 glasses of water. Again, something I've really slacked off on and I can feel the difference.
On another note, if you've asked me for a jam/jelly product and price list can you please send me a Spark Mail with your "real" e-mail address? I seem to have misplaced a few.
