So I completed week one and I am SORE!!!!! But it's a good sore. I am feeling a pain I haven't felt in a long time. The program has not scared me off yet. I can't wait for week two. There were a few things that I wasn't able to do the complete rep. By the time I got to the narrow push ups my arms were shaking and I couldn't fully do it. I was only about to do 3 sets of 6. But other than that I pushed through.
Week 2 here I come.
