Thanks to all my friends for stopping by my blog!
Well, in a quick look back, the title did not match anything on the blog yesterday.
I\m trying to watch Heartland, so I am distracted and not concentrating on this blog either. We had left over fish cakes with our homemade chow for supper. Lunch was a subway ham sub and breakfast was cereal. But the real bad news that I faced was the scale this a.m... I am UP 9.2 lb in the past month or is it it more like just 2 weeks, I think. I have to get a handle on this old nostalgic eating and get back to my healthy eating. 191.8 better be my serious wake-up call..... that 182 was real, and I'd like to see it again, so I gotta get back to work at this...

Today we went for a 70 km garage sale. We left around 11am and with stopping for groceries and for our lunch, we got home after 4:30. Tiring....

Tomorrow 2 appts. with Career Development Services.... see what happens there...

    That's ok, it is annoying to gain weight but life can get crazy busy...As you settle into the routine, your eating and body will balance out!! I have faith in you!! emoticon

    understandable to be in a struggle with all the things you have dealt with lately. I know I would have been scurrying for the fridge, as I am an emotional eater. Not sure if you are though.

But you can change... you can do this, getting back on track. One meal at a time, think about your choices and why you are having them if they are not on track with your meal plans. Don't abuse yourself when you fall off track, forgive yourself and be on track for the next meal. I know you can do this, I believe in you

    Well Lila that is alot of weight to gain but i looked over my last months from march till sept and i have been between 220 and 219 for all that time. something is terribly wrong. and i have exercised and everything. I hope you get back to eating well. as i always admired you for the way you eat and exercise. I know you can do it. Plus remember all the STRESS you have been under for so long. That's stress cordisole will make you gain weight. So Don't worry you will lose it in a few weeks time. your so good at staying motivated. I will count on you to get back on the program.
