I am my own worst enemy. I am constantly doing battle with myself ie. fighting with myself to do exercise that never gets done. Fighting with myself to eat right and then fill my face with icecream or chocolate chip cookies. I'm done with the fights. I am going to do myself a favour this week and be nice to myself. Just do the exercise without the excuses, save myself the stress and anxiety. I just gave myself 5 reasons to want to do exercise. Five reasons to stop the inner fighting.
1. become stronger
2. build and define muscles
3. increase stamina
4. see fat loss a lot faster than at the pace I'm going right now
5. have a hot body (why not? lol)
As for the eating, my reasons are the same. Plus I'm trying to eat less meat now, I'm flexitarian, and find I have more energy when I eat properly.
The fighting stops now! I'm going to sign a peace treaty with myself and enjoy life a lot more.
