I took measurements today and honestly the only change I've seen is in my waist. Which I know is shrinking considering since last October I've gone from a size 24 to 18. The other areas of my body were interesting to see but honestly the only area I focus on is my waist. One of the main factors of having PCOS is having weight around my waist.
I've been tracking my food this weekend although its all been pretty bad. I don't typically eat this much fast food type stuff but its been a crazy last few days with blood draws. I know that's not an excuse but I'm going to get things turned around. I can already see a gain this week due to all of the sodium I've been consuming.
I will say though that I know tracking is a vital part in my success in losing this weight. Granted yeah I have a bad day here and there and sometimes I'm not able to track (i.e. Disney World) but the important thing is when I can't track I focus on making sure I eat healthy and that I'm exercising.
