Hello all ,
I would like to thank everyone for the support I have received
the last few weeks as I have struggled. I filled my plate then over
filled it a bit too much with working 3 to 4 days a week
home schooling then trying to work 3 to 4 more doing
construction. I have been overwhelmed and my blogging
and weight have suffered because of it. Work or not if I do
not micro manage my food intake I gain back soo fast.
I am so happy for my GREAT metabolism that can take such
a small amount of food and still turn some into fat/ pounds
without a problem..
This is not helpful in a world that offers me food at every
turn .. It would be nice if I were a hunter/ gatherer and only
could eat 3 to 5 times a week...
Oh well I am working on eating better as I am down to
just 21 days before vacation and was really wanting to be
not only in better shape but to have lost a few pounds.
This may help motivate me ? We shall see right?
On the plus side My wife and I have managed to save the cash
and most of the vacation is paid for now with the last few
hundred coming soon. I also have won bids and have submitted
another that may end up landing a load more work in the future.

I have worked out since my original goal of 50 was met and am much stronger now.. This goal will be so Awesome to reach!
262 (low in years)__ New pair of jeans and underwear/socks! Check that 2 New outfits!

Vacation to Universal studios / Disney in Florida and visit my family there!!!

Life is Great and God is Greater for Strength , my family
