I FINALLY started Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 DVD. Instead of having 3 different levels like 30 Day Shred, this one has 4 different levels so you go up a level once a week. Yesterday was my first day and I just got done with the second day!!
I am definitely sore just from yesterday so I'm sure I'll be feeling it more tomorrow. I got back on track with my eating so just gotta stay on track. I usually eat good for breakfast and lunch and then dinner comes around and I stuff my face...its worse on days that I work. Gotta
Day 2 of Ripped...gotta get rid of that blashie (that is what i call my fupa/stomach/muffin top area lol)
I want to wear this dress to my cousin's wedding in 2 weeks so I'm hoping a little of the blashie will go away from doing Ripped. Please excuse the messy/outdated bathroom...were in the middle of remodeling it lol
