Getting ready for the week ahead:
Got the chili started: Chicken thighs, plenty of peppers and onions and I'm thinking of adding some squash to it.
I'm planning to start my mornings with a green smoothie: spinach, plain Greek yogurt and an orange. Then, eggs with veggies for breakfast.
For snacks I have Granny Smiths (no peanut butter) and popcorn (no butter).
Still deciding how to increase my exercise. Lots of options, not much motivation.
I'm hoping to consult with a personal trainer about working with me a couple of days a week for a short time. We'll see how that goes.
