Exercise: I didn't get in that much exercise this week between not feeling good and just doing a lot of physically tiring things that weren't actually exercise.
Eating out: I ate out.... 5 or 6 times this week. Monday and Tuesday lunch with my mom. Thursday I got breakfast, lunch and dinner out because I went to the state fair. Friday I did however actually make food even when I wanted to go out! Progress. Then yesterday I got pizza with my family because we were helping both of my sisterinlaws hang up curtains.
Portion sizes: I'm still trying to work on that. Some days I do ok, others not so much.
Sleep schedule: PROGRESS!!!! I've woken up everyday for the past week pretty early. This week hopefully the trend will continue.
Fluid Intake: Definitely doing better. Woot. I've been using the reusable cups with lids and straws and that helps.

Exercise: I think I got 3 out of 4 times.
New mini goals:
- Make it to class 3 out of 3 times this week. there are only 10 class days between now and fall break. That's hardly any at all and I can do that.
- Continue tracking food.
- Get in 50 minutes of exercise this week.
I don't have a lot to say today. I knew I was going to have a gain this week because of going to the state fair. I also ate so much pizza yesterday. I was with my mom and sisterinlaws so we got pizza for lunch and then ate leftovers for dinner. Bleugh.
