In my love for going to the gym to exercise, I decided to go everyday last week. I am also really working hard to get down to 135 pounds from 138 pounds so I thought that this intense working out would help me break my plateau.
I enjoyed going after work Monday to Friday for 45 minutes to an hour each time. I alternated between working out my arms and my legs. I really felt like this past week made a huge difference in my fitness level and also helped me get down to 137 pounds and break the plateau.
This week I will go everyday once again because of the success that I had last week. It also helped me keep up my mood because of the endorphins that are released during working out.
My goal this week from September 24th to September 29th is to get down to 135 pounds :D I would be soo happy if I could do that because I have had the goal of being 135 for so long and even got myself some small gifts if I reached this weight I could open the morning that I weigh this amound :) I will also do this in a bigger way for the 130 pound mark because it is a gift to myself from myself.
