Two Weeks In

It has been an interesting two weeks. I learned a lot just by tracking my food. I added sodium to my nutrition tracker and was shocked and amazed at those numbers! It was surprising to find that my protein intake is so low - I guess I still think of myself as a low-carber, even thought I haven't really followed that diet for a long time.

I am really unhappy with how deconditioned I am. Sitting in this chair for 40 hours every week is not good for my health, and it doesn't help that my hobby is embroidery - something you really can't do while you exercise. Things have to change.
