I have lost 10.6 lbs in 5 weeks, now it looks like I am stuck. The scale hasn't budged all week. ARGH!
I guess I need to really push the salad. That seems to keep the scale on its downward plunge.

I agree that mixing things up helps the body burn calories more efficiently. Hang in there!

I hit a plateau recently. I adjusted my workouts to surprise my body, like short sprints, some push ups, and an extra long walk/jog at least once a week, and the scale eventually moved in the right direction.
