The Reasons I Want to Lose Weight

Ok, #1.....how to put this correctly.....ah, just spit it out......
I don't want them to have to use a crane to get my dead body out of my house when I die! There I said it!
I know I won't know what will be happening, but I would just like to make sure I have a regular-sized, healthy body before I go....hopefully, a long time from now. And I'd like to have time to enjoy it!
#2 - I love to travel and DO things, and for such a long time now, I've been unable or uncomfortable doing things because of my weight, so I am committed to lose these many extra pounds forever.
#3 - Making healthy lifestyle changes is the way I am doing it, and SparkPeople is so amazing.
I really don't know how I stumbled on the website, but I thank the powers that be for guiding me here.
#4 - I want to play with my grandchildren and be active with them.
#5 - I want to sit in a beach chair and not bring it up with me when I stand up! or break it when I sit down!
#6 - I want to enjoy life as a fit and healthy woman! I'm already pretty happy, so that isn't a problem, I just want the body to go with it!!!
#7 - I want to buy regular-sized clothes and look good in them!
#8 - I would like to not be invisible!
#9 - I'd like to have a guy leer at me once-in-a-while.....or just once would be good! Ok, they'd be old, but they'd still be appreciating me!
#10 - Just want to be able to do whatever I want to do.
These are some of the reasons I want to lose weight.....and I know I can do this with the help of SP website.......so many positive, helpful ways to stay healthy and wonderful people to help me laugh more than I already do!
