Goal check -in

These are the goals I set for September:

* Get to the next level in Spark people points
* Exercise 1200 minutes this month
* Stay on the running plan from Spark people
* Stay in my calorie range for the week (This will be the hardest for me)

I've accomplished the 1st three. The bottom one I have not met. But I am getting better at eating correctly, and I am reminding myself that this is a lifestyle change so it won;t change overnight. But I'm proud of myself for meeting the top 3 goals.

    Great goals and sounds like your doing great. staying in my calories is hard for me too. Here are a few tips i found that makes it easier so maybe it will make it easier for you too.
    1. Lots and lots of water.
    2. Change it up. Take advantage of the sparkpeople recipes. Really helped have different things to eat.
    3. Lots of veggies. They are so low in calories, expecially if fresh or frozen. I load have my plate with them. Helps to fill me up and takes up very little of my calories.
    4. If your like me and have a snacking problem. Try low calorie granola bars. They are easy to incorporate into your calories, helps with snack cravings, and nice and sweet if you got a sweet tooth like i do.
