So it turns out that my Spark People settings said that I was male, which made my calorie range too high.
For my height, weight, target weight, and goal date, as a male it had my calorie range set as 1650-2000 calories per day.
For my height, weight, target weight, and goal date, as a female my calorie range is 1250-1540 calories per day. That is a pretty big difference. So it is no wonder that I haven't been losing any weight. Now that my range is corrected I hope that I'll be back on my way to reaching my goals.
On the upside, even without losing any weight over the past month I've still lost some inches!
