Well, after the bad start, I finally got on track. I began using SP as a motivational tool. I weighed in this morning and actually lost a few lbs. Of course, I realize it is probably mostly water, but what a boost. Being a yo-yo dieter, I realize the first few lbs. seem to come off quickly (not as quickly as when I was younger, lol). Today is another day.
