Week 1

Well, it's not a complete week since I joined, however, for week one I have completed all of my fitness goals. I'm still working on eating right. I'm getting better. I'm not going over or under the recommended calories, fats, proteins, etc. But it's still not exactly right. I'm getting there though.

    It gets easier with time. I often eat the same things over and over because it's easier than adding something new. But trying new recipes becomes fun after a while. And I love the SparkRecipe website. I put stuff on there all the time.

    Give yourself a lot of credit. You have had a successful week. Be proud of yourself and keep making small changes and improvements.
