emoticon Again?!?!

I've fallen off and jumped back on this particular bandwagon so many times that it's almost embarrassing. Even so, I know that I keep much better tabs on my weight, exercise, and nutrition when I track them here. So, picking back up again after quite awhile away.

It's the first day of autumn today, so I'm going to set a couple of goals for myself for the season:
1. Lose ten pounds. - I don't think this is a lot considering I'm allowing myself a three month period to do it. My current weight: 210.6 pounds. Okay, maybe I should make that lose 10.7 pounds so that I can start the new year under 200. :)
2. Get 1000 minutes of exercise. - Again, this isn't a lot, but it's more than I've been doing. What do you know... I already have 15 minutes down. 985 to go!

That's it, just two goals for now. I think I can, I think I can, I think I can.
